We carefully consider every individual we welcome into our homes, either from our direct contact list in the professional sports world or through a high-tech vetting process to ensure they are a good fit for the house and the neighborhood.
We have a pristine reputation in the world of elite athletes, and we conduct ourselves accordingly and in reflection.
Our Promise
We promise you will receive the agreed-upon rent on time every month, without delay. Whether or not we are there, our homes are professionally cleaned one to two times per week. We stay on top of any needed repairs, addressing them immediately and ensuring the highest quality care.
Once we sign a lease, your home becomes our home, and we treat it as such—with respect, care, and pride. Our homes are a point of integrity and pride within the elite athlete community, and we uphold the highest standards.
Kirk Wilson Jr.
Kirk is a retired professional football player and an active USATF (USA Track and Field) sprinter. Kirk played for the Arizona Cardinals in 2015 and the Atlanta Legends in 2018 as a running back.
In 2015, Kirk was ranked 8th in the US for the 200-meter dash. In 2016, Kirk was ranked in the top 20 for the 100-meter worldwide and placed in the top 10 worldwide for the 60-meter sprint in 2018. Kirk has set records far and wide, becoming an Olympic hopeful for the 2020 Olympic games in Tokyo. Kirk is actively pursuing the Track and Field Olympic team for the 2028 games in Los Angeles.
Erin Peterson
Although Erin isn’t a professional athlete, she is an athlete in her own right. Erin has played competitive ice hockey since she was as young as 2, learning to skate over the frozen ponds in North Dakota. Beyond her athleticism, Erin is an academic with a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analyst. Erin currently works as a professional in the behavioral science field.
